For my post this month I tuned into my angels and guides and received a message from them. I found it very helpful and I hope you do as well! Do not despair, neither shall thou be afraid. Humanity is awakening at this time. These are birthing pains, growing pains, the pains that are present when life changes from one form to another. Clearing your Energetic Body

In my forays into healing, and more recently into mediumship, learning how to clear my energetic body has become an important part of my daily practice. When I first started healing, I was trying to simply sleep through the night and stop having anxiety. Healing now has taken on a broader meaning, as I am healing myself not only for me, but also so I can heal and help others more effectively. Lately this has meant having a clear and shining energetic body. The importance of having a clear light body really hit home for me this weekend, when I went to Suzanne Giesemann's Serving Spirit Level 2 training in Savannah, GA.
