Clearing your Energetic Body

In my forays into healing, and more recently into mediumship, learning how to clear my energetic body has become an important part of my daily practice. When I first started healing, I was trying to simply sleep through the night and stop having anxiety. Healing now has taken on a broader meaning, as I am healing myself not only for me, but also so I can heal and help others more effectively. Spirit is always with us and our guides are always with us. We may need to ask them for assistance, but...
