When you stop to feel the peace, you’ll notice that the peace rises instantly to meet you. It was never about chasing it, but making space for the peace in the stillness of the moment.

Peace naturally arises in the space of stillness, because peace is the true nature of reality. How can you make space to touch into this peace rather than running after it? Can you create a window of time in your day to know peace?

It’s always right there waiting for you. It is not something you have to strive for. Peace is simply waiting to be welcomed in.
